Default replacing, LM002 front light's

hi guy's

i was trying to turn my LM002 front lights to XENON high and low beam lights.. but the old style unclear lens, didnt help..

so i was looking for newer clearer lens lights.,... i have been told that the mercedes G 500 front lights might fitt. so both my G500 and LM002 are in the shop..

any way .... does any one know what light i can use?? on my LM??

ok the g500 lights fit... on the lm002. the only difrence is the original lm lights were concave.. and the G is flat....

now i have to find a good zenon system ... any advice as to supplyers???

I believe Silversurfer has converted his LM lights to HID lights. Maybe he can chime in and let us know what kind they are and where he got them from.

i hope he does

is HID like Xenon kits????

i have found allot of companies offering kits.... but i would rather go with a recomended supplyer as i want atleast a 10 000K system..

HID, means High Intensity Discharge. Xenon lights are a type of HID lights. 6,000K and up would be bright enough. Silversurfers had a really cool blue tint when looking right at them.

how hard is it to change the lights to the HID Xenon lights?

not hard ( if its a newer car as they have clearer lenses), new bulb's and wiring and 2 units for the xenon distarge system....

but there are so many companies offering the kitt's... so i dont know who to buy from


as i might end up buying more kit's for the rest of my cars... i want some one who has been tryed before

I was looking, and it looks like the LM002 has the same head light as the Jalpa. So when you find the head light please let me know.
