Default LM market question

I'm extremely curious on this question......

What are some of the lowest non-auction LM sale prices you saw in the last 10 years?

I remember a Black '90 LM A at Heritage classics that sold for $70k back in 2001. Three years later, they had a red '87 that sold in the mid $50's.
