It's the same as on every QV engine 100Nm.
Torquing the head is easy, you begin with the 2 screw/nuts in the middle, then the two left of the middle, then the 2 right, again left then right and once more then you're done.
In general this means you go from the middle to the outers once left and then right always 2 together.
Begin just with setting the nuts then torque with 20Nm, then some 15 Minutes later 40Nm, after 15 Minutes retight with 60Nm, again half an hour later with 80 Nm and finally after another hour with 100Nm.
After the final setting wait for an entire day then retorque again with 100-110Nm
After having driven for 1000 miles retorque again.
