Default Diablo engine

Both Engine lights (left and right) come on when in 1st and 2nd gear and then Both Engine lights go off when vehicle is in 3rd gear. Any suggestions?

It is not an error code. It is the check left and check right engine light flashes on and off until I get to 3rd gear.

Cannot figure this out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Vehicle recently serviced.

Did you try getting the code error message? What is it?

Well the flashing lights are trying to tell you something right ?
If you follow the link posted earlier you'll understand.
It's the number of repetitions of flashes that should tell you what's the problem.
Or do you mean that they are both continuously flashing while in first and second gear ?

If it's that diablo engine in the LM002 you are talking about I have no experience on a car like that. If its post ~1996 you could also try using a handhelp OBDII reader

Yes, it is the LM002 Diablo engine, which we are talking about.

Left and Right Engine lights go on when in 1st and 2nd gear and is ok in 3rd.

Will check the engine today regarding diablo engine sequence.

Any suggestions? LM was recently serviced.

Phil
