Default Countach or Diablo?

We are still shopping. Honestly, the more I look at the Countach, the more I think it's a viable option to the Diablo. Even though the Diablo's style is more rounded and closer to current, the harsh lines of the Countach are timeless and stunning.
I like the Diablo interiors better, though. And, the '93 and up Diablos have power steering and it seems the vision is better. Obviously it seems a better deal can be made on a Countach.
Any help? Input? Plusses and minuses on either??

It really depends on what YOU want in a car. The Diablo is going to be faster and more modern. The Countach in my opinion is the most beautiful vehicle on the planet. The Diablo has a short almost midget like front end, and a long rear. It almost doesn't look right at some angles. The Countach is just........perfect from any angle!! It's the most photographed car in the world!! It's what everyone thinks when you say "supercar". There isn't one think I'd change about it. I'd go for the Countach. If you offered me a Countach or 10 Diablos I'd take the Countach!!! Hope all this makes sense as I'm drunk as ****.

Like what was stated above....go with what you like. I would perfer the diablo, more realiable and modern. The countach although a timeless classic is somewhat dated in terms of styling, unlike the diablo.

"The Diablo has a short almost midget like front end, and a long rear. It almost doesn't look right at some angles. "

I dont know about that. I think the diablo looks great at all angles..i think that is more evident with the murcielago. Besides I like the short nose and rear, makes that car look so wide low and mean! I dont think the rear is long at all, but IMO it could have been designed a bit better, maybe more to the contours of the body.

Thanks for the input. One of you really prefers Countach (even if you are drunk) and the other prefers Diablo. It's interesting that the Diablo fan, who called the Countach a bit "dated" likes the Murci. Personally, I was very disappointed with the Murci once I saw it in the flesh... too small, rounded, not nasty looking enough for me. So it makes sense if you like the M, you will be less interested in the C.
Ok, let's say I like the Countach body best, and I will agree the Diablo interior is less dated than the C. Can you guys tell me about drivability? Obviously they are both fast, the Diablo faster. How about real-world, get in the car and drive it around useage? Is the Diablo that much better? (handling, comfort, control?) Is the Countach hard to live with in terms of driving it?

Thanks for the help, you can't get the day-to-day info that experience offers.

Yes, I would also like to know. Countach doesn't have power steering? I been looking into buying a Lambo, but I cannot afford a brand new one.. I currently have a 1991 Corvette, but I have always loved Lamborghinis, especially the Countach. But, I need a car that will work as a daily driver. If it doesn't have power windows or power steering, that would really be hard, especially in this Hawaii traffic. Thanks for the input so far.

Also, if anyone knows of a Countach, or any other 1985+ Lambo thats being sold for 20,000 or less, let me know. Thank you.
