Default 88.5 countach question

there is a 88.5 (or so they say) countach that my fater and i hacve run a cross. my question is, in the 88.5 cars didnt they come with power windowds, climate control, and the 25th style side skirts? this car was made on 10-1987 and it only has the side skirts. what does this mean? is it a 88 or an 88.5?
alos the orignal purchase order is missing is that a huge problem?
thanks guys.

The build date says its an 88. The power windows/seats are MY89 features.

Sounds like you have an 88 with skirts added.

PS Don't know what I was thinking re my original post on the build date.

One sure fire way to tell the difference between a 1988 and a 1988.5 is the digital climate control.

A lot of folks have added the side skirts on cars that didn't come with them. I've seen them on 1986, 1987 and 1988 cars. Very common. Its a personal preference thing.

George Evans has the parts necessary to put it back to OEM, or add the skirts.

I've seen 88,5 skirts even on a 1985 QV, this car has also the big LP400/500S wing.

10-1987 is too early for a 88,5!
