Default Rocky IV Jalpa?

Anyone know which # Jalpa was in Rocky IV? Raymond?
The movie was probably filmed in early 1985.
Anyone know where it is now? Just curious.

[I love that Stallone decided - and you know he was the one who chose - to drive the black Jalpa instead of the white Countach when his character was mourning Carl Weather's character.]

Tony:

Are you going to bring that ex-Steve Trafton Silhouette to our Concours this year??? hahaha...

Its going to be lonely without it this year! This will be our first show that it won't be in attendance. But then again, maybe someone else will win 1st place for Lamborghini! haha...

Take care,

Mike

Hi Mike,

I know, the car misses you guys as well, and you mean Luigi Chinetti's Silhouette But Steve did take great care of it, as I am. And like Steve I am winning a lot of shows with it, but I would hope that one day it's not refered to as Tony's Silhouette. I think the 3 time Le Mans winner and the man who had Lamborghini make this US Silhouette deserves top billing.

Ramond:

Thanks for the visual proof that I need to get out more

Shows how short Stallone really is. The Jalpa is only 43.9 inches high.

What a great pic! I am so bummed about missing the color (I took a stab) of the Countach....thats the kind of thing that kills me...Im a total detail guy...

The funny thing is that a few years ago - right after I bought the car - the only way to buy the Rocky 4 DVD was to buy the whole set, so I paid way too much for it - just to have the scenes with the Jalpa...

also, more than one person shouted Rocky at me while driving!! I LOVED that!!

So, how could we figure out the S/N? Someone has to know the car!!!
