The Jalpa's are pretty rare in Australia, they don't come up often for sale, as long as the engine is good then most of the othe parts are from fiats of the same era, I haven't had too many problems getting parts, the bigest problem I have had is with the cooling system and the water pump, though I may finally have that sorted after 4 years of trying. If you don't mind working on the car your self I do not find it an expensive car to maintain, as with all Italian cars the electrics are a bit of a nightmare, though just about all of my issues have been related to bad grounds.
