Hi, lm looking to buy a Lamborghini Jalpa. I’ve seen this one online that I like, has anyone seen it in person? http://www.carclassic.com/stock.asp?StockID=102017 or http://138.188.192.149/clients/garag...?id=62&lang=en I live in the USA, in Virginia, so it’s a long trip to check out what shape the car is in. Or has any one seen any others that are black or white in the $30,000- $40,000 price range?

That would be a nightmare to get into the States. Best bet is to want for one to come up for sale here. Check Raymond's site www.jalpa.ch there are a lot for sale on there.

I have been in contact with Herman Lewis from Lambo-list and up to about a month ago, he was selling his Jalpa. This car would not be cheap; but from what I've heard and seen, it's a fine example. Look for the best example you can, even if it seems pricey compared to other available cars. My Jalpa has been at Wils' shop for five months being sorted out. The car will be outstanding once he finishes with it; but the time and expense to get it there will be significant to say the least. Get a car that has already been sorted out..you won't be disapointed.
