Default Jalpa price guide

I'd be interested to know what other Jalpa owners/spotters think about this price guide, which I think is based on the European market:

Would US readers agree with this? - looking at recent posts, prices over there seem lower than what this price guide implies...

I didn't do a Lb to $ conversion but those prices seem in the ballpark.

A good in the USA Jalpa will cost $30K - $40K, a very poor one maybe $20K

I don't give anything on these numbers, only the market judges which prices are correct.
I sold my Jalpa for 26k Euros, it was by far the cheapest in Europe with a well known history.
I have others in Switzerland which are about 10k Euros cheaper than any other car in Germany.

good ones are 25k euro imo in europe
a really perfect one could bring 30-35k euro

i have seen 2 cars in italy for sale over 40-45 k euro, i think it is too hig and to be honest they are still on the dealers since 2 years ...

i believe there is a chance for these cars to go up a little in price next years, but considered these cars are almost unknown by car passionates i'd say we won't see a miuralike boom

The most recent one on Ebay with the Silhouette wheels went for over 45 US. That says something about the values.

problem with a car like that is that it had super, SUPER low KM on it, and the lack of use may have resulting in "issues" it it was purchased to be driven. that was was in stunning condition and i wish the new owner well. but it seemed more of a car to keep than drive everywhere. i generally stay away from low milage cars as they tend to leak and break things when you start to drive them weekly. i sold my 85 jalpa cheap. i hated the fact it was a red over white repaint and had been " modified ". car required 100 octane fuel all the time, which meant 93 + 2 bottles of booster. this got annoying and expensive.

i want a plain euro car with the regular airboxes ( i wont rant) . seems to be some good cars out there, but anything over $30k for a driver is a bit much if you ask me.
