Perhaps Lamborghini would have been better off buying an off the shelf V8 rather than making one. Rather reminds me of the trouble that TVR got themselves into building their own straight 6 when they had a perfectly good V8 from Rover.

But then again it wouldn't have been a proper lambo then

Thanks for the pics but they will not help. So I thought why not test it.
So I took the speedometer, attached the cable, and on the other side I put a drilling machine, this way I found out the sense of rotation. Than it is easy to find out on what side the cable has to be, it is the right side of the car.

Default speedometer cable

Great Idea confirmed what we thought as well.

As I said before if you need any specific pictures just ask. I am going to be putting a lot more on my webiste urraco.co.uk in the next couple of weeks. I've realised that they are all valuable to someone working on a restoration somewhere.
