3 posts ??...who are you to come on the board and insult people ?
Jorge is right...this is the last thing we need here...

The thread is about Zymol Products and its results...not about what people (specially new comers) think about the way Jorge spends his money...So please...get back to the subject before some of our wise admin closes the discussion...

Who cares, leave Jorge alone. He spent the money because he could afford it and thats what he wanted. I do the same everyday!
I just dropped 7K (Canadian) on an Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean Chrono. Most of my friends think I'm nuts for spending that much for a watch. A damn timex might keep better time, but I don't want to wear a timex. My Daytona is worth a hell-o-lot more... i must be an idiot too!

That is fine, if he could afford it, but once again no one cares or needs to know how much money is spent on a watch or wax. I happen to own a president's edition Rolex, but I would never brag about how much money I spent on it....when somenone asks I just say alot. When you tell someone you spent big bucks on anything all you so is alienate the general population, which in my believe is more than 3/4 of this and most forums.

And after reveiwing the posts, MR. WOLF it was Your 2nd post on this thread which you called the guy out. If He or ANYONE ELse thinks it RIDICUELOUS that is their opinon and entitled to it and doesn't need to be attacked personally, besides you asked for their opinions and then you play the jealousy card. Your age shows. And then you call another guy a jerk......but I am sure you don't have any enemies. This is the exact reason many people stay off these boards. Maybe in your next posts you can refrain from starting a pissing match by keeping money figures out of your posts. I think if you would have just stated which wax it was you would not have offended as many people as you did. My father always told me people who brag about how much money they spend are compensating for something else they are missing in their lives.

If you think I was bragging that's your opinion - I was not. The whole reason for the post was to see what people thought about spending thousands on a wax. That's why I put up the price. Certainly I have spent more on other items and don't talk about $$$ unless its relevant. In my thread, it was the whole point.

I thought it would make for an interesting discussion. I just didn't think people would attack me personally.
Either way, I think the wax is great and well worth the money simply because it makes my cars look a little better then they did before - and I have used a lot of products.

What bothered me the most was when people TOLD me that I over paid cause a $50 dollar wax would do the same job. There is only one way to know if that's true and that's to buy the wax and see. I'm telling you, and everyone else, that according to me and my detailer, no other wax we have tried compares to the finish provided the Royale.

Whether that's worth 7k is strickly a personal decision. It was to me because of the free refills and the number of cars I have. If I had 1 or 2 cars I wouldn't have done it. However, as my collection grows, my per wax cost will go down to reasonable levels.

In a couple of years, the wax will be paid for and then free thereafter. I really think that its a not a bad deal if you look at it that way. It's only the upfront that hurts. I know for a fact that over the next couple of years I will have spent at least 7k in wax based on my cleaning schedule. I figured a good wax would cost me about $10, per application.

Anyway, let's stop with the jabs. If you have any products that you think others would be happy with, please reccomend them. I am recommending this product to anyone that has a large collection and has their cars waxed about once a month (my new schedule after talking to the folks at Zymol).

I've tried a search for "acculear" but on google only find this post and some hints to pond cleaning and pregnancy tests...
Maybe you can give some more details.
Will this "acculear" coating also protect against stone chips like a "stick on" protection layer ?

Stop trying to take cheapshots.. What does this have to do with anything other than a personal insult? ... get a life, you just researched a word just so you could insult him. Think about it...

Some of you complain about him dropping $$$ numbers out, and what do you guys think you are doing to the general public when you drive around in a Lamborghini? ... simply said... stop being bigots.

Seems to me that some members already suffer from the upraising full moon...

Stay clean with your posts, any further insulting will be punished with infractions or even ban for a few days!

VWA2MKII: Don't try to drag my post in a direction I didn't intend it to go!

All the BS about spending $$$... I couldn't care less, just annoying...the insults.... a shame for this board.... The subject is wax, so no intention for a "cheap shot"...just thought it was funny to mention what came up in a google search... nothing to be found on this product except the things I mentioned... seems pretty harmless to me.
I'm planning to remove the clear bra on a car I'm about to buy and am simply looking for info... isn't that partly what this board is for ?

(edit: After reading through this whole unpretty thread again maybe I should have been more carefull what to post and what not, indeed seems the "heat is on" for some people here....in another thread probably similar comments would have gone unnoticed. But still, if I offended anybody in any way please accept my appologies)

So please JWolf maybe you can still give me some more info on the product.
In the past I've seen some weird results after wax had been applied to clear bra's in some instances it only created some kind of misty layer...

Well, I didn't think my post was that bad. A defense, and now it's gone. Anyway, I think the wax is worth it.

If you're going to remove my post that was not threatening, demeaning, slanderous, nor did it use obscenities, and THREATEN to ban for such, you might think about closing this thread all together and removing it all. Ban us ALL Raymond.
