Default Zymol Products

I just bought the full line of Zymol products, including the $7,000.00 Royale wax. I had my detailer preform a full detail on my 2008 Orange Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera (closely following all the instructions). I was real curious what a $7,000.00 wax would look like.

WOW!!! I wasn't disappointed at all.

These are absolutely the best car detail products on earth. The wax actually modified the color of the car. It appears darker and more reflective. IT LOOKS AMAZING. The Nero Daytona 599 is next.

You may think I'm crazy to buy such an expensive wax, but the wax is actually pretty economical for my situation since it includes free refills for life.

Doing the math, I currently have 7 exoctic cars, which are each waxed at least twice a month. That's 168 waxes per year. Prior to buying the Royale, we were spending about $10.00, per car, on wax. That's about $1,680.00, per year. Therefore, the Royale will be paid for in about 4 years. After that, I will never pay for wax again, and will be using a $7,000.00 product for life. AND, that doesn't account for the cars I currently have on order, and that fact that all of my car buddies are asking to come over and use the wax on their cars. If I purchase all the cars I have on order over the next 12 months, and don't get rid of anything, I will have the Royale paid for in 2.5 years.

The big expense after 4 years will be the HD Cleanse (pre-wax). It costs about $5.00, per pre-wax.

I highly recommend the Royale wax to anyone who has a large collection and performs waxes often. If you have one exoctic car, even if you wax it once a week, it never makes sense.

What do you guys think???

Zymol are great products (originally invented in Switzerland ), but the standard wax would have been fine enough for your car, specially if you wax them that often. Once per 6 month would be enough to protect the paint.

I waxed/zymoled my CT 5 years ago, astonishing result, but had no time to do it again, as soon as my new house is ready will do again.

...i'm sorry, but this needs to be said. To pay $7000 (!!) for a tub of wax is RIDICULOUS! I don't care HOW good the shine is.....it can't be $6980 better than a good tub of $20 wax. It never ceases to amaze me what people can be convinced to buy....

Have to agree. That's just crazy money. There's no way it can be that much better. I also don't understand waxing twice a month. Hell if it's that good why so often? But anyway, don't mean to criticize, just shocking.

The reason it costs that much is because of the free-for-life refills. The fact that that particular customer will never be buying again is factored into the margins.

It is also a totally pure product, which costs more to produce. And indeed, the stuff does make a difference.

I doubt that the high end concours wax makes such a huge difference compared to the "normal" but already quite expensive standard wax.

The biggest cost factor in this is always the work you need to applicate the wax, I needed 2 days for my car...

One day work with a $50 wax, 800km under the rain, 400km on the small country side roads, and 1/2 hour work to spray with water and dry...and this is how it looks like Good enough I believe...
I kept the saved $6950 for regular services and checks for the next 2 years...

Maybe the shine IS worth $7,000 to me. How would you know? Maybe I would pay $17,000 for a brighter shine.

If it's the best shine I can achieve, maybe I think it's worth $7,000 -- to me. Even though its not worth $7,000 to you.

I know people that have paid $10,000 to have their car detailed for a show. Are they ridiculous as well. Or maybe $10,000 isn't that much money to them.

And maybe $7,000 isn't that much money to me. And having my cars shine alittle bit more than yours is worth the extra money -- to me.

It amazes me how opinionated people are when it comes to other people money, or spending decisions. Maybe they are just jealous that other's can pay $7,000 to have a their car shine alittle brigher or alittle longer.

I didn't need to be convinced. I wanted the BEST wax. I did my research and I bought the BEST wax. I'm sorry you can't afford it and are jealous that I can.

CORRECT.

And now that I've spent the money, I'll be waxing my cars with the BEST wax on the market, forever.

That was worth alot of money to me.
