A 1992 Lamborghini-Minardi Formula One (M192/#23): surely the fastest Lamborghini ever built, one of two. Features the Mauro Foghieri-designed L3512 Lamborghini Chrysler engine with its unique 80-degree V12 unit putting out a certified 700bhp (this propelling an F1 car weighing just 515kg dry!) and turning over at a maximum 13,800rpm.
Raced in the 1992 Formula One Grand Prix season, driven by Christian Fittipaldi (and co-polot Alex Zanardi), with a best 6th place finish in Japan. Race history at Monte Carlo, Silverstone, Monza ect. Completely mechanically refurbished, this rare peice of Lamborghini history is ready to be the centerpeice of any collection, or for participation in historic racing hill-climb events. Driven by Valentino Balbono in demonstration events at Road Atlana and Sebring.
Serious principals please.
