From what I've been told based on experinces of others, this is a pretty good way of maximizing your chances of needing a new clutch in the months after the shoot.
If you do lend your car, insist on moving it and driving it where possible. |

From the tilte of the film My guess would be to leave the exotic at home. I have a few friends in the industry and they are not too kind to the cars no matter what they are. My personal Ferrari was in the movie Narc with Ray Liotta, but it was a none driving scene. I got really good money for it aswell. But I was there on set with it,and when it needed moving I did the driving. (helps when your customer is the stunt corrdinator). Maybe you could work the same deal. Besides it was reall cool to be on the set!!

That is likely, as its cheaper for them to have you drive than pay extra for professional drivers.
Sounds fun, but it would cost much more for me to take my car up there than the money they would pay me. ![]() |
