Ask him if you can take it to an independent repair facility (Lamborghini dealer preferably) and have them perform a buyers inspection. It will cost you $100-200. That way an objective party can really tell you whats wrong with the car. They will go over it with a fine tooth comb.

ask him why it is salvaged...what happened...ask him what repairs he has made since then...etc. etc. etc.

then ask him if he'll take it back once you realize you made a bad purchase, which is likely to happen.

Hey Jonathan, clear your PM message buffer!

Also, I remember this car if it is the same one. Didn't it go off
a cliff or something?

Don't get you're hopes up so much that this lambo will go out of inspection and have a result thats still as good as new[I doubt it anyway]

If you would really want a Lambo with that price than try this one I think this is much more appropriate than the Murci..

Don't get me wrong but I still would preffer Murci over Gallardo..just not the ones that we are discussing...

Wasn't that car on Ebay about 6 months ago? I'm almost positive it was the same one. I remember it had an Alpine LCD installed, so if this one does, I guess its the same one.
Somebody on here said it belonged to an NFL player. They said it had damage to the rear. I'd be a little worried if someone turned around and sold it that quick.

if that is the car from running of the bulls, i would advise against it. it did make it all the way through the run. but the carbon in the exhaust was thick, the fuel lines that run under the passanger side skirt were leaking, and the motor was sitting very crooked. Im no lambo mechanic, but to me that would say the the drive shafts would be crooked as well, puting a lot of stress on the u-joints ( if there are any ) and the wheel bearings. making for a very expencive project car. but again, it may not be that car, and i could be way wrong.

A factory recall bulletin only tells what needed to be done to the car as per factory specs. It has nothing to do with what actually happend to THIS car.
Spend the money on a bodyshop inspection, then a mechanical inspection.
