Default Respraying

Whats the though resprays of Diablos. I know its a shame to not keep it original but i would be thinking of getting one and would want everything perfect. I know how hard it is to get your hands on the perfect color/interior. So i was thinking about buying a 6.0 in whichever color the best spec/miles etc is available in then sending it to an authorised dealer to respray and do the interior in the colors i would want. Please dont crucify me but i would be planning to have the car all my life anyway so resale value really wouldnt be top of my concern

It's just like any other car, can be repainted, and interior redied. If your going to keep it, who cares about resale. I would hope you'd strip it down to bare metal and remove the necessary parts to do it right though.

I love that new feeling also. I just finished a full restore because of this. I kept it the same superfly yellow because I like it. Thought about changing it but NA! Glad I didn't.

You don't need to go to a dealer for paint...just make sure they know how to take it apart and put it back together. Lots and lots of things to take off and on. If I were you, I would buy one that I liked the color before I would respray. Easier to change interior color. Changing the original paint to a different color is a pain in the a$$. Not to mention $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$!

A few more weeks and I'm done.

Oh wow that looks scary, your baby all masked up Luckily im going for the common superfly yellow so hopefully ill be able to find that. Tho if i found a low milage RHD i would go for it in a second and repsray because no matter what i get it will go back to someone for an interior change to yellow and black and all those little bits id be fussy about
