Default Petitioning against Lamborghini Kit Car /Replica companies

I would like to see all members who are interested in signing on to this list who are fed up with these replica/kit car companies who are giving and degrading the value of Real Lamborghini vehicles and Bringing the quality and image down, and possibly even effecting value and price in the long term with more replicas/kit cars on the road. I am also fed up with people approaching me and asking me if it’s a replica or kit car and that’s a disgrace to us owners.
If I get enough feed back on this I will be contacting (Audi)Lamborghini legal department regarding this issue so they can hopefully bring legal action against these companies. Please if anyone has ideas or knows a way to contribute to this issue please feel free to elaborate

when I have been pulled over by the police the last few times, the first question is usually, "excuse me sir, is this a kit car?".

I'm not worried by the kit car fraternity, it's great that they share the interest of the marque, something about imitiation and flattery ! Lamborghini spa are quite capable of looking after their intellectual property, I really don't think that an owners' forum is the place to pursue this issue.

I am yet to see a Lambo replica on the road, perhaps my view will change when I eventually do !!

Why are you guys worried about this? If you want to sign a petition, start one asking Lambo/Audi/Porsche to not produce a sorry ass budget version of the Gallardo, Lambo themselves are going to do more to destroy the brand and value than any lame kit car.

Well Lamborghini ruining the brand should do a great job stopping replicas, who wants to replicate a $100k run-of-the-mill V8 sports car.

As far as kit car/replicas goes I don't think they should be able to put the Lamborghini name on them.
