That attachment indicates they want you to use only a 40 weight oil and that oil should have less thickening at startup. They also indicate to use an SJ rated oil. The current rating is SL and the SM is coming out. These new ratings indicate better performance in every single catagory they measure.

Never use something rated SJ when the same viscosity 5W-40 is out in an SL rating. The actual brand of oil is virtually unimportant. Though it should be a synthetic.

I recommend you use the 0W-40 Mobil 1. When you read the remaining articles you will see why.
