The only problem with Gallardo or Murci, just like Tommyjames mentioned, is how to deal with those people leaning on your car just to have a peek. I guess we will just have to live with it....or don't park, just keep on driving till you are back home.

We are in California for a week and have seen 3 Murcielago roadsters, only 1 of which was an LP. We asked one guy if it was worth it and his only response was thinking about it is as good as owning one. It made me chuckle but I wish he would have been more enthusiastic. We also saw an LP640 Roadster at Lamborghini Beverly Hills but their entire sales staff ignored us from the second we walked in.

That was my exact same experience with Lamborghini Beverly Hills. There were several dealers that didn't take me seriously and they acted the least interested in my business of all.

I ended up buying my LP Roadster at Lamborghini Orange County. They took me seriously from day one. They always have a lot of nice cars in inventory. You may be closer to their Calabasas dealership and they too have decent inventory. Very nice people to do business with.

Go to Fashion Island (Newport Beach) on a weekend and you will typically see several LPs and Gallardos at the valet stand.

Owning my car has been a lot more fun than I ever expected.

My Father has had more fun in his G Spyder than he could have ever imagined. He purchased from Richard Bell at Lamborghini Troy. He took him serious from day one a couple years ago at the Detroit Autoshow. He let us behind the gate and allowed my Father to sit in the Spyder he had at the show. He has been an awesome guy throughout, and is always there to answer questions and provide updates. If he does go through with a roadster, it will be with him, as well as any other future business, and referrals.
