All that paint stuff is crap. You need a FLOOR. www.racedeck.com -- I know it holds up superb over the *years*. Simple to install, just snap the 12"x12" tiles together like a puzzle.

Nature Stone worked best for my garage floor. I had several large cracks in my floor that they sealed before applying the Nature Stone. Water does not puddle on the flooring, very easy to clean plus it comes with a life time warranty.

I'm going on 8 years now with Industrial Tile in my garage and it still looks as good as new ..It's basically the same tile you find in the grocery stores . I haven't had it waxed of cleaned in over 3 years
Here's a couple pics :

We don't have Racedeck here in the UK but I have used a similar snap together rubber 12" tile in my garage. It's cheap, looks great and keeps the garage warmer and drier. I did 3 car bays in about 4 hours - it was actually very satisfying to do (which is sad to admit isn't it?!). Absolutely no preparation needed either.....

My current garage is flaked epoxy (like the attached pic) and very easy to clean, looks good. Seems very similar (at least in finish) to Nature Stone - which is at: http://www.naturestone.cc/ Permanent tiles are what I'm thinking of right now... -mick |
