Hello - I am doing research for a book and I am having a hard time finding much information on Ferruccio or his family*. I briefly scanned the topics here and I'm not sure if this is the right place to look, but I'm really not sure where to look at this point. The information found on Wikipedia is generally repeated in any books or articles I find. If you happen to be passionate about the business founder AND the cars then perhaps you can message me and share your knowledge. I have really enjoyed the bits I've found on Ferruccio and I think he's a fascinating man, so any information would be a help. If you'd like to get in touch send me a PM here and I'll respond with my email address.
Thank you everyone and my apologies for interrupting the usual discussions. *To clarify, I'm mostly interested in his parents and the historical aspects. I know his son works in fashion and his daughter runs the wine business. I can't even confirm if Ferruccio had brothers or sisters though, and I'd like to get a more well rounded picture of his youth. |

You might try to contact Tonio Lamborghini. He runs a family Lamborghini museum in Italy. Seems like he is reasonably accessible. The Lamborghini Family Museum - European Car Web
I saw a book for sale on eBay quite a ways back. It was in Italian, and was about the Lamborghini family and history printed in a very limited run. It was advertised as being a very detailed description of the man, family and business history. It was crazy expensive, so I do not have it, but it is out there. |

Also the family history is already written down, consider the book "In honore del padre e della madre" from Tonino Lamborghini, available only in Italian in the factory shop.
