I recently had the pleasure of being the first Murcie customer in the service facility at Lamborghini Bellevue...James the service advisor was right on the money in communicating the time frame my car would be back to me, the exact cost, and time frame in which my parts would arrive...Josh the service tech, was AWESOME...very knowledgeable on the car, what was wrong with it, and treated the car like it was his own...Very impressed with the dealership as a whole, there is an awesome private storage facility indoors and away from prying eyes while your car is waiting for parts, so no worries about "accidental scrathces"...just a great experience.

Oh, and by the way, my car passed emmissions first time trying after having it serviced there...woooooooooo hooooooooo !! I was getting paranoid that I'd never be able to license the thing here....not that it would stop me from driving it though !! Great experience, Thanks to Roy and Lambo-Talk for the advice on taking my car there and all of the positive feedback about the delaership and the people there.

Top notch dealership in terms of service...great to deal with.

Congrats - I concur with your experience. Josh is awesome, worked on my Fcars when I had them. He is checking out my Murcie now and a few nit picking items. Will post pictures when I get her back later this week.
