Default Lambo Toronto...wow!

I recently took posession an 06 e-gear Murci from Long Island Lamborghini this past Thursday. I had the car shipped to Niagara Falls NY for a planned road trip into Canada. When the car arrived off the truck it was missing: car cover and bag, passenger airbag key, navigation CD, lighter, radio manual and code. As well the radio was locked, service engine soon light and A/C service icon.

I immediately contacted my sales rep who assured me he would call me back on Friday with an update. Needless to say he never called. I finally reached out to him and demanded an update. He obviously couldn't help with the service "engine soon" and told me to bring back to him (I was in Canada). he gave me some song and dance about the missing items but assured me an update on Monday. Not surprising he did not call me back.

I took the car into Lambo Toronto and these guys were fantastic, They diagnosed my problem, unlocked my radio with a quick email to the factory and it was all done while I was out at luch for about an hour.

I even asked about Long Island about the CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) and I'm styill waiting for an answer on policy, process etc. Toronto Lambo knew everything. I even got an invite for a day at the track!

I really recommend Toronto Lambo and the service advisor is Mike!!! what a graet team. So far I can't say anything positive about Long island lambo, other than the car I saw arrived on time. I won't take my car there for service.

Congrats on your purchase..its always good to hear from new owners.

But i thought you could not import lambos into canada any more(it was only open for about a week? And also if you did the mods, they have to be done by a certified canadian lambo dealer and their answer is usually a "NO"?

Any Info??

I believe this is the second or third thread describing a bad experience at Long Island.

Not too smart, business-wise, since there are FOUR authorized Lamborghini dealerships in the New York metro area ! Who's in charge of public relations there ? Attila the Hun ?
