I love everything Lamborghini, i love the Lamborghini name and the cars and when i finally have the money for my first proper one i will be leaving mine standard because i don't want to give anyone the idea it could be a fake, if you understand where i'm coming from.
this time it will be real and if no-one minds i will be asking lots of advice from you guys when the time comes. |

Id say if I had a classic Lamborghini I would definitely want to keep it 100% stock, like it just came off the line.
But, if I owned anything close to recent that I wasnt planning on selling for a while, Id mod the hell out of it and get as much power as possible! Especially if that car were the new Gaylordo Superleggara, Id spend most of my money on the terrible brakes ![]() |

I like seeing improved intake and exhaust systems as the manufacturer is greatly limited due to emission standards. Next are rims, only the most tastefull of choices (no 22's here folks). If it is a sport exotic put exotic sport rims on it, something lighter then stock. Also, a *light* tint on tail lights can sometimes look good. Upgraded speakers and am amplifier to boost them (but leave the stock head unit). Everything else in my opinion detracts greatly from the appeal of the car. I HATE spoilers (or anything else which requires the drilling of holes in your $150k+ car), after market stereos NEVER look as good as stock (even though they sound better).

Im trying to ipod my 04 murci with a grundig mcd 36 face unit and cd changer. I've been told my only option is to hardwire it into FM (which I've heard is not as good as a direct connect into a plug). I've been resistant to changing the faceunit since I like the factory look. Any suggestions on a faceunit that blends as far as plastic, color and general appearance. How about upgraded speakers?

And in terms of the Ipod, I wouldn't go with the hardwired FM. I haven't heard good things about them. The product your going to want is a JL Audio Clean Sweep. It will let you directly connect an Ipod and give as good of sound as any other product on the market (Including after market head units). You keep your OEM head unit and connect Ipod to the Clean Sweep. This product also increases sound quality to your speakers. I won't bore you with how it does it, but with a quality set of speakers like the ZRs I mentioned, it will make a huge difference. Heres a link that will have all the info on the JL products: http://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_p...hp?page_id=134 After I read this post, I realized I probably sound like I work for JL. I have nothing to do with them. I have their products in my car and am blown away with them. But anyway I hope this helps, send me a message if you have any more questions. Let us know what you end up doing ![]() |
