Default I'm new to this forum, I want a Gallardo as a daily driver.

I figure I can pick up a used 05 or 06 Gallardo off Ebay for around 175 and it will be a daily driver for myself. I don't really care if it gets dinged up and scratched or whatnot I'll just drive the thing into the ground and enjoy it.

I want to get white Gallardo, it will be easy to touch up paint chips with a flat color like white. Things that need maitenance what like brakes, clutch, oil changes big deal, I dunno why people baby these things, they are meant to be driven the Gallardo is a very reliable vehicle unlike older lambos that need to be high maintenence.

Just thought I share my thoughts.

There are still pretty high maintenance costs. This is not a corvette. I do not know many people that pay $175K and are not worried about the car getting "dinged up and scratched or whatnot". Either way welcome.

Well, I certainly wouldn't buy the car from you after you were done with it. But anyway, have fun! And congrats on being able to afford one.

Have I become too suspcious, or does this sounds like another one of those "let's see if I can fool those dudes over at LamboTalk". I could be wrong but this thread smells funny to me.

EXACTLY!!!!!

If your real "prophet" then you should just buy a brand new one, and take a bat to it, just to give it a nice patina, then rev it to eleventeen grand and drop the clutch a couple of dozen times. After that I would recommend you take it out on some gravel roads to show every one how good it drifts.

After all your the one who said it's just a car and some dings and wear and tear are to be expected.

There is a poll on the home page that shows the # and percentage of owners. I have edited your post. Please post things that relate to the topic. We do not allow spam or self promotion.
