When you post just scroll down to where is says "manage attachments". Click, browse, and up load. The best size is 4.5-5" wide 72-96 DPI.

Or you can use www.photobucket.com create an account there then upload your pictures there. Then when you see the picture there should be a link that should look like this: [IMG]url[IMG] just copy and paste that in your message.
