I am a new owner (89 CT) and would like to know if there is any activity in the area. I'm near Hartford, and am looking to run the car from time to time. I'd like to know if there are any other owners interested in possibly meeting for a drive. I don't want to spend the day touring the state, just strech her legs and enjoy it. I love exotics, but am a car nut, so it doesn't matter if there are Porsche's, Vipers, Vette's, ect...extend the invite (please, nothing with a 8" muffler can sticking out the back!- hahaha) This site is great, but it would be nice to meet the local community too. Go for a drive, get a coffee, and drive back, maybe an early Sat. or Sun. morning event. I do go to some of the week night car shows, but I wouldn't be comfortable driving in, in a Lambo.

Wecome and congrats on the new car! You should attend the Tutto Italiano show in Mass. Lots of great cars there although last year I was the only Countach there but lots of other Lambo's, Ferrari's etc. More info at Larz Anderson Auto Museum - Home. Hope to see you there! How about some pics of your new ride?

Hi, Thanks for the replies.
Matt if you can find an end to the craziness, God bless you!! See what June brings and stay in touch, somthing will always work out. Ray I saw that site, it looks great, and not far at all. I'll put it on the calender and cross my fingers. Matt, any chance you might go? Maybe we can get group together and head up in convoy of sorts. Hopfully Mother Nature cooperates. I will post pics soon, the car has been waiting for a slave cylinder which is now in, but the weather seems to change every 5 minutes so I haven't bothered to take the car off the lift. Add that to all the Tonka trucks, lawn mower, bikes, ect...that have accumulated under and behind the lift and it makes me want to wait for a nice day. I did clean it out once, but my 4 yr. old didn't want his toys getting wet and put them all back, what can I say he takes after his dad. ![]() |
