Default Gallardo Suspension Noise

Can anybody please assist. I bought an 07 Gallardo Spyder and have a clicking noise when turning left at slow speed and the noise gets louder when the car is driven faster into a left hand bend. The noise comes thru and seems to be on the right hand footwell area.We have changed the following
parts already without any joy. The front diff, both left and right lower and upper control arms, right hand side universal and right hand wheel bearing and steering rack. The car has 21k kms on it .

I used to have the same issue on my Murcie whenever I turned right. I brought it to the dealer to have it fixed. It took them more than 3 weeks till they found out what the problem was and fixed it.
