Default Gallardo Front License Plate

Hello,

I am new to the forum. I have been looking at the Gallardo and live in Missouri, where vehicles need front and rear plates.

How do you mount a license plate to the front of the car? I tried the search function, but I couldn't find the answer.

Thanks.

I dont really have an exact answer to your question, but i'm sure the dealer where you buy the car will be more than happy to mount it for you

Just do a Google search on Gallardo pics and you'll find plenty of cars with plates... seems pretty obvious where you should mount them. But like DaLamboMan told you, probably you don't have to worry about anything and the plates will be there when you pickup your car or get it delivered.

I know of part suction cup part clip on front plate holders for vipers. I am sure there is something available that you could use even if it isn't made for your car. It is is a shame to drill holes in any exotic.

Doubt it will fit, but the viper plate can be bought from Jon B. at partsrack. I know this because I ordered one for my dad a while back.

Most guys here in the UK just use double sided tape to stick them on. Last thing you want to do is start drilling holes.

Hello,

Thanks for the advice. I have asked my dealer to set-up a license plate holder for me, but I wanted to see what others have tried.

Great forum. I'm learning quite a bit going through the archived posts.
