Get back to L-power with the Losers? Would you like me to get the emails you sent and post them here indicating exactly how you felt about L-Talk and begging to be re-instated to L-Power after you were banned?

On January 14th Mr. Shasho from Relly Motorcars sent us a deposit on a Lamborghini. 3 weeks later After his thorough inspections, of the car on February 04 2005 Mr Sasho paid the balance of a 2002 Lamborghini Murcielago Vin # ZA9BC10U12LA12287 under the dealer name Relly Motorscars Located at 1020 RT1 North Avenal, NJ 07001 and took delivery on February 4 2005 here at our location in Florida, He purchase the car wholesale as a dealer and signed an AS_IS, Odometer, and Bill of sale as a dealer would. And drove off our lot with his New York Dealer tag.

The following day he had contacted us regarding a light on the dashboard, I had asked him if he would like my mechanic to look at it to which he replied that he does not trust any mechanic that is not a factory authorized mechanic from Lamborghini, that he will make arrangements to take the car to a Lamborghini dealer and for me to pay for the bill, to which I agreed to.

Next day he called to tell me that he has dropped off the car at the Lamborghini dealer in Miami and that he is dealing directly with the Head Guy and will advise me as to who I pay and how much the repair will be as soon as he finds out.
Which I also agreed to.

3 weeks later Mr. Shasho From Relly Motorcars called me and said that his mechanic has completed the work and he would like me to make full payment to his mechanic in the amount of $2,100.00, as his mechanic was not willing to release the car until it was paid which I agreed to and issued check # 1955 payable to his mechanic on March 1st 2005. so that it would not cause any other inconvenience to Mr. Shasho. And that he will pick up his car directly from his mechanic as soon as I pay.

Now almost five months later Mr Shasho from Relly Motorcars called me to complain that his mechanic did not do the work that was paid for and that he has a new bill up in New York that he wants me to take care of. Which I am not willing to pay for the following reasons:
1- He bought the car wholesale as a dealer and signed AS-IS
2- He dropped his car to a mechanic of his choice and handle the repairs himself I simply paid for it as he wished

I consider my self a reputable dealer with an impeccable record with no complaints ever

My apologies for the loser comment - I was upset with this guys email - The only thing I stated about L-Talk that it wasnt as active as L/P - and my life wasnt going to change being banned on L/P - I just wanted to finish my convo with that guy James Miller who obviously felt he couldnt and chose to ban me - I have been an active member here for a while and I think a productive one - again - no offense to anyone!

Needless to say this is all a bunch of lies - Gene Morales made the check out DIRECTLY to the service manager in his personal name - how in gods name does a car go to Prestige for repair and you pay the service manager directly??? And the payment was for the resprayed bumper that I wasnt told about - but thanks for reminding me to scan coppies of the check and put them on my site - I am PROUD to say that my site has almost 5000 hits in 3 days - so far you lost a dozen deals that i know of - (Korena customer sound familiar?) Titanium Murci on Ebay etc - So if you lost a $100,000 grand in 3 days in potential profit what do you think is going to happen after 3 years - Mr Morales - I told you - I will not be victimized and will not allow anyone else to! You asked for this - and now it is here - I am working feverishly to have this picked up by consumer watch in broward county and will do everything in my power to get you knocked off ebay, dupont etc
