Default Despite the Accidents

What do you think will happen. after those 2 tragic accidents with the LP640, do you think the car will be released in september or will it be delayed for a few modifications. I just hope those modifications don't include reducing the speed of the car for saftey bla bla purposes.

It will still be released. It would be different if it was mechanical but they both seem to be driver error. Just my 2 cents.

Mechanical?

are you refering to speed (0-60)/top speed or to the car's steering and handling? because i sure hope the speed wont be reduced!!!!

Yes, mechanical. Like if the whole front end of the car fell off at 110mph or if the rotors disintegrated at 150mph. But someone that runs into a tree is not an issue or reason for the factory to reduce speed. It is a reason that the person should not be driving. You don't have to worry the speed will only increase in the future.

speed and driver error were the factors in those crashes....

its good to know u have the power... but dont be an ediot when driving...

lets face it not many people can handle a 300HP car ( driving fast).
let alone over 600 HP..

i dont think lambo would deliver this car if it were not mecanichaly sound

just my opinion..( not worth much)

we are talking about my favorite factory right..lool :-)

Has anyone else noticed that the pics on the wrecked exotics site of the first wreck look like a regular old Murc? Check the tail lights and wheels.

I don't know about the tail lights but all the shots of the wheels are the new style. Not to mention that if you look at the last pic there is the huge side vent. Pretty sure its a new LP 640.

Pretty sure those wheels started being offered on the '05. Check the tails on the LP I'm attaching, man they're cool, and a far cry from the old ones. I'll also throw in a buyers guide pic for the '05 of the wheels.
