Awesome detail... the car went from used, to newer than new.

I got some questions... what is your opinion on 3M protective bras?

Second one... do you have any suggestions for brand new cars? I just bought a brand new Honda and I was wondering if there are things I should do like wax, and if other protective measures should be done?

I am not a big fan of the 3M version of the clear bra because it leaves behind a very 'orange peel' like texture. However the protective films are good ideas for cars that frequent the race track (stone and abrasive grit damage) or cars that are sand blasted on the expressway.

As far as methods for your honda, I would research two bucket washing, as this is the best way to prevent mixing the removed grit from your car and recirculating it back on thte surface of the wheel through the wash solution. This will scratch and damage the paint.

Keep a good coat of wax or sealant on it. For daily driven vehicles that see a lot of sunlight I would recommend a synthetic polymer, such as the Zaino system.

Todd - Do you do remote work or take delivery of cars to your shop (your in Fla right?)?
I am envisioning the 1ce every 2 year or so full detail by you to remove the little imperfections that inevitably happen to a black car like mine.
I'm in CO, wondering what my options are...any help is appreciated.
Thanks man. Beautiful work.

Fly him out to you! Todd's awesome. I've been trying to get him to come back and detail the g-wagen and clean the Lambo since I've dirtied it up again but he's a celebrity now and doesn't have time for me. j/k

Yeah, flying him out doesnt seem unreasonable overall, but he states in that article/post that it was already a challenging detail to do remote from his shop, I would assume a 'cross-country' detail would even be moreso :-)

You guys are extremely good at what you do! When I get my Lambo I'll let you guys detail it, unless you're too far away. Then I would have to find someone else...

I have detailed a private collection as far away as Calgary (including a sweet Espada and an LP400), so working logistics can be tough but not impossible

Lovely job, fantastic work.

My god those wheels are bad though, they spoil that car!
