Default Colani-Lamborghini

Does any body know something about a Countach once owned by designer-guru Luigi Colani, which might have some modified parts to his round taste?

What about a 1:5 scale model of his own Manta-alike interpretation of the Countach, named "Colambo"?

Thank you.

He owned and enjoyed a lot a Countach for years, in his own words, I've read at the Bangert's Colani book. Being him the way he is, he must for sure have reshaped its body somehow. The only guessing I have from someone at Colani.ch is that the car was sold nearly 20 years ago...

He also put a Miura engine to one of his creations; I've a pic, but don't know how to post it here, sorry.

There is an LP400s with Miura style carburettors perhaps this is what is supposed to be a Countach with a Miura engine?

No, it's not a Countach with a Miura like carburettors, but an amazing insect like body with a Miura powerplant and wheels.

Try this:

http://www.bangertinternational.de/

go to "Colani Press Images", and download the picture of the orange vehicle.

That is it, the Miura engined Colani.

The Countach owned by Colani is a different subject.

sadly this is the only remaining picture of the car, for if this ever was part of any photo set, as we can believe, that was burnt in a accidental fire at Colani's archive, next to the studio, in 1998, alongside many other old pics.

As far as I know, this car was sold about 20 years ago. And there's nothing else I know about it.

Raymond, could you contact me privately so as to go on discussing the Testa d'Oro? Thanks.
