California HiWay Patrol ROCKS !!!
ok...so Roy and I left Sunday after the dinner at Mortons...which by the way, was awesome !!! Great work Chris !!! We made okay time up I-5...then cut off somewhere in booney land over to 101...
About 7-8pm...we were minding our own business...going about 90...CHP pulls up along side of us....and gives us the one finger wave...and not the unkind one...the one that means..."Let's Do IT!!" Then he punches the patrol car...I thought, "Ok, I'm from Oregon...and is this guy doing what I think he's doing?" SUre enough, he slows back down, turns on his rear read and blues...then nails it again... I'm telling myself, "This has got to be a trap, but to hell with it, let's go !!!" Trip computer recorded speed of 161 mph...and we did catch up to the CHP...he cleared traffic for us and all three of us blasted up the 101 at about 130mph for awhile !! TOO COOL !!! Made the trip one of those over the top type trips !! Kevin Cats Exotics

Nice meeting you earlier today man.
I hope they are just as friendly to us Gumballers when we do the Vegas to LA leg. -p

I got to say the CHIP was nuts.......I think he just wanted to RUN with the BULLS!!
I have never had a CHIP or anyone for that matter kick their lights on and run with us up the road, clearing traffice as we go..... IT WAS a trip I will not forget..NOR will the CHIP when KEVIN blew by him at 161 MPH!!!!!!
