They are all over the place. Here are a couple of auction results...

High end:

Bonhams Nürburgring, Germany
August 10, 2002

Lot # Year Car Price
106A 1967 Lamborghini 400GT 2+2 $193,254

(note that's a 2+2, not an interim - interims typically bring more, and are simply called 400GT)

Low end is on ebay right now, I hear it's going to go for c.$27k, and it's really a beat up piece of junk. Another ebay junker went for c.$15k earlier this year, and the guy really blew it.

I think the next concours interim (400gt) will hit $200k. However, you can still get clean, nice running cars for $50k. Here's an interesting take re the WFJ:

http://www.400gt.com/articles/misc/wsj.htm

It's saying 40-60k, with nice ones up to 170k. But you can see by lot 106a even that's low.

Also keep in mind the cars are "way" more desirable in europe than here, so a $70k 400gt 2+2 here might be a $100k car over there. It's always been that way.

In summary, it's whatever you can get the guy down to. (DOH!) A not bad example (400gt 2+2) sold earlier this year for $40k.

Cheers,

Fred
