Default Stock market websites...

I'm trying to get a feel for the stock market websites out there and peoples opinions on them.

Which one do you mainly use? Do you use several different sites?

I've found that all stock sites have something different to offer, such as one may have good news content on a company, another may show the "bid and ask price" and the "bid and ask size" (while most others don't), others may have insider trades, while others may also include the financial house positions.

What I'm getting at is... do you find you need to visit several stock sites to get all the information you require? Would you prefer to have it on one site?

Any specific information that you consistently look for on stock sites?

My tastes / preferences change from time to time, and I like to do most of the analysis myself. Therefore, I try to avoid sites that have a lot of commentary, especially when it's skewed. The exception to this is Kitco.com, as I have not found a better site for PM related info.

If you have a Schwab, Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan account, etc. There's all the tools and info you need. That along with a good site like Business Week is information OVERLOAD.

See, my idea is not having an overload of information, but having the basics in one spot - a more comprehensive location.

For example, Google Finance doesn't have the Bid/Ask Size and Price, while other sites may even have the last 5 bid/ask size and price (spread). As for news article, I wouldn't really compete, but just having the basic numbers and data in one location where you can do the analysis.

Good luck with it, but like everything else nowadays, information suffers from complete saturation. I don't think a little uniqueness can give you enough separation from the pack.
