Best of luck to ya! I know it can be tough for people to quit smoking once they become addicted. I had a girlfriend back in the day who just could not manage it, no self-control whatsoever.

I totally quit 2 years ago, after smoking 10 - 15 cigs a week for about 30 years. Very atypical smoker, according to my doctor I even wasn't one Nevertheless, after 6 months the mere smell almost made me puke, and if people start smoking near me I have to leave. Your body knows best, I reckon, listen to it.

How is non smoking going? its been a while now...
