A clay model is very different from a concept vehicle. A clay model is just that... a pile of clay that represents the likeness of the car. A concept has a full interior and is a rollier at a minimum. Some actually have drivetrains and can be driven, not at highway speeds but they can move under their own power. ![]() |

There are some concepts that are very functionable.
The Germans tend to do this more often than others. VW W12... very fast, very drivable. ![]() VW GTI with the W12 Engine... ![]() Audi LeMans Concept (Audi R8) Chrysler Concept 8... very fast, very drivable. ![]() ![]()
