Talking Hi everyone

I didn't know where else to put this post so.... I'm new to the forum, I have been a Lambo fanatic ever since I was 13, (I'm 17 now), and I am finally getting a Murcielago soon, I'm going to be spending alot of time on this forum though...lol. Ummmm....I am really bad at introductions, I hope to make some fellow Lambo friends, glad to have found the forum and love it already...lol.

Welcome. I am sure you will find a lot of info here. One question. How does a mechanic in training afford a Murcielago at 17???

I browsed before I signed up...I'm not paying for it, my boyfriend is, and we're buying one second-hand, we know someone who owns a Murci and is selling it. We're not getting it right away either, we're saving up. My boyfriend is a licensed auto mechanic, he's teaching me. I help him all the time when he is working. (Like I said on my other post, sorry if I am a little vague but I'm tired)...He works on other people's cars as a side-job, something for extra cash and I help him all the time. We have been saving money for a Lambo for a few months now. So hopefully in another 3 or 4 months we'll have enough to get the one my friend has. If he doesn't have it anymore, then we're going to get one from out-of-province, my step-dad is a truck driver and he offered to go pick it up for us if we do. A Murci isn't too expensive if you compare it to factory price and the price of other exotics. Like I said we're saving up for one. Auto Mechanics is something that I love to do and learn about, once I'm done school I plan on also getting an Auto Mechanic's license. Is there anything else that anyone would like to know so that we all don't get confused?...lol. Anyway, glad to meet you guys.

I really get a kick out of this...I guess at 17 three years is a lifetime! Ever since I was 13...$h!^ - That's about how long my wife has been asking me to paint the family room..

Good luck. It's nice to have dreams.

If I had a Lamborghini when I was 17, I don't think I would have made it to 20.

Well, I was talking to my boyfriend and he said that it is going to take us about 4 years to get one...i can wait. What's wrong with having dreams and goals these days, sure it IS alot of money I do know that, but if I save it and then in a couple of years, get my car then that makes it all the more worth it. I can't understand why everyone is so quick to shoo me off like I'm some kind of little annoying kid. I have a goal, and I know that my goal is reachable as long as I have patience and determination. Then when I do finally get my Murci (or Gallardo) I will know that I have earned it. I am sorry to have bothered anyone.

Hello Nicole, nothing is wrong with dreaming or setting goals. Just like myself, before I got my Murcie, I dreamt of having exotic car myself one day and it did happened. I started with Toyota, then Honda, then Mercedez, then BMW, then Porsche, then Gallardo and now Murcie. Of course I worked hard. I know you do too. As long as you set a goal, come up with a plan, get a GOOD education, you work SMART - for sure, you will reach that goal.
