Default Kyb Gr-2 :)

Well, though I know a lot of you own extremely amazing cars I myself cannot keep up with that... so I modify what I do have to keep up with my own demands for performance... not sure how many of you saw my post a while back about my ZX2 (1999) http://www.boombaprojects.com/boomba...ic.php?p=54#54 for those who haven't..... pictures there of it too.

But I just got the suspension installed today! 1.6" lowering springs and sitting on the perch of the very impressive KYB GR-2 gas struts.. day and night different, I highly recommend these if you want to improve your daily driver (they do most vehicles).... jetta, zx2, honda, whatever you drive, the average cars.. but the shocks on the ZX2 (stock) i could compress with 1 hand literally. The new GR-2 struts however took both my hands and half my bodyweight to begin compressing at even a small amount. Of course if you don't like a hard ride just keep the stock, but if you like better handling.... I would highly recommend these...

Looks very nice, except for those stock rims, they got to go. Get some rims that show off your red calipers more .

Most definitely, not to mention that the stock wheels are somewhere around 40-50lbs... I plan on finding some nice lightweight 15" on it. Unfortunately 17" won't fit, they'd be a little overkill for it anyway. Centerline RPMs are somewhere around 10lbs and are forged, I was considering a pair of those and will go with some bigger brakes and do a disc conversion in the back.
