You would loose to a modded Supra in almost every case. I guess you could just say lets race to 200 but who wants to race for miles (or however long it takes you to get there)? But in the looks department there is no comparisons.

Nice car.

They lack visual appeal to me, but i respect the car as a driver (or racer)
Actually the 6spd with the limiter removed will top out at 205mph at redline which has been done by several people. I can only hit about ~187 on my auto. These cars have .32 dc compared to the .31 on the Diablo. But yes in the looks department the car has no chance against a Diablo, very few do.

I find this VERY hard to believe!!! There are very few cars that can reach those speeds.

I know that it really is a feat of engineering to go that fast, but here are a few examples of that.

The guy doing the math in the video seems to be an idiot you can can see the speedo making its round. May not be 200mph but pretty damn close.

This video doesn't have a speedo but you can see from the flyby that he's not doing 60.

In this one I believe they supposedly reached over 200.

I know there are more out there. I don't see why it would be hard to believe if the gearing is there and so is the power along with the airdynamics.

There is not doubt that they can go over 60 mph. I know, as well as many others here, that speedometers can be off by a lot...Especially on the other side of the dial. You have a very nice car...but it will not do 205 period

The best is on the first link it says Toyota Supra hits 230mph!!!

IF they are not using GPS timing equipment It is questionable. JMO!!

Like I said I will not hit 200 as I am running an auto trans with an auto rear end and using simple mathematics I will redline in top gear going in the mid to high 180s. The 6spd cars running the Getrag 6spd trans with 275/40/17 will redline at 205+. I don't really understand why it's hard to beleive that it is possible, especially when a car is putting 700+rwhp which means roughly 800hp at the engine. Not staying it'll be as stable as the Lambo ether. Just saying that the car is capable of doing this.

Exclamation Supra's aint ****.

I had a run in with a Supra once...Sure it had more HP than mine, but the dirt cheap handling couldn't cut the mustard. Calling a Supra a sports car is like calling Mexico a non-3rd world country.
