While I'm not a fan of the 430, I do like the 360, and would take one in a second. I have a 348 and you can't beat it for pure fun, a lively little beast it is. Being All Italian is a major factor to me. I don't care if it's slower or behind in technollogy, just gimmie that pure bread horse.

Now just to redeem myself I've been fighting the urge to trade it for a Diablo Roadster. A stable with two bulls is irresistible

Hi,

Attended a seminar recently on branding. One of the participants posed a question to the speaker, a Uni Professor, "If cars were seen as a success story of a person, how would you rank these cars? Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini and Aston Martin?"

Without even blinking, the Prof rattled off tongue in cheek...

Porsche's fast and clinical, thats it. Aston Martin? Whats that? Ferrari is purely sonic orgasm in red. As for Lamborghini? Well...I'm insulted that you even dare mention the Porsches, Astons and Ferrari in the same breath"

And he minimized his presentation and the laptop's wallpaper showing off his Muricelago Roadster...

Wow! A University Professor that owns a Lamborghini Murci... roadster no less?

Don't see that very often.

I like him though!

A little off topic, but my brother-in-law just stopped by with his Dino. What a piece of crap. As a kid I thought this car was cool. It drives like a VW Bug.

Correction, I think the VW is quicker.

He was at Custom Coach getting his brakes fixed and Frank tried to sell him a G-Car. He drove directly to my house and asked me if he should sell it to buy a Lamborghini? I told him, for a doctor your not too smart...when you made your first million, didn't you move out of the trailer park? Sell the piece of $&*#.

Think I gave him good advice?

Even ardent Ferrari haters have at least one good thing about the F430. I'm not going to make any friends saying this, but here it goes: How can you criticize the 360 when the Gallardo looks like a slice of Swiss Cheese or a overgrown Celica. I happen to like the 360 even better than the F430 (in appearance at least), Especially the Challenge Stradale. If your going to argue looks, I wouldnt use the Gallardo as an example.

However, Lamborghini and Ferrari are somewhat different. Ferrari usually has a more refined and classic style. While Lamborghini mostly goes for the "beasty" look. Neither is better, its all opinions.
