Have just watched Top Gear, where the 2 were compared (along with a few other supercars), and whilst the F1 may still be quickest for top speed, it had it's flaws. The Enzo may be a F****** and not to everyones taste in the looks department, but it is a very capable car.

Most cars they have on the program are driven around their test track by an unknown racing driver - the Enzo posted the fastest time to date. It has beat cars such as the Gallardo, the Murcielago, the Mercedes Mclaren SLR, the Koennigsegg and the Pagani Zonda, so it must be doing something right.

The Enzo is awesome for the track but I don’t know why Ferrari wont allow anyone to test it with there consent?

Wow, McLaren over Enzo? Each and every one of you people that voted for McLaren needs to go play tag on the Autobahn. The McLaren is the ugliest thing next to the Scion Xb. I would much rather take an Enzo in pink than a McLaren. Just because you people don't like Ferrari owners, gives you no right to automatically hate Ferrari vehicles, there awesome machines, that wether or not you people want to admit can compete with Lamborghini, BTW: I prefer Lamborghini over Ferrari, but that doesn't mean I overlook Ferraris positive attributes and look straight to the negative. Maybe you people should do the same, because the Enzo, should be able to tear a McLaren to peices, and snack on any Lamborghini it would desire. Umm... bar the MRGT. My two cents, don't hate, Im just trying to point a few things out here, these forums are very biast, which is not a bad thing, but come on give Ferrari some credit.

"McLaren SLR"
Hehe, true enough, but at least the driver of the SLR feels about 750 lbs of torque, and Enzo pushes out not even as much as the Sedan E55 AMG, for the Enzo thats like 2 on 2 with a half court.

I think the McLaren is the most "no holds barred" car ever built. They even used GOLD for the engine firewall. It's still the production record holder for speed and the driver centre position is an ergonomic stroke of genius. I'm pretty neutral on the LOOKS of the Enzo, but the price just doesn't buy enough style or innovation for me.

If I could have enough money to buy a McLraen, I wouldnt, not when I could by a Lamborghini Murcielago and add twins in it from Koenig, and pull 8s in the quarter, murdering McLaren in both looks, and speeds. And Still cheaper.

i don t think centre position is good for road use .....how to pass a slow car while you can' t see cars from the opposite direction?

centre position is for trak only
