How they can call that a "production car" is beyond me, but hey, still pretty cool

The really amazing thing is doing that on the Maxton surface which is truly horrific ( although a Hayabusa is somthing like 20 mph faster). BTW--the parachute seems a bit dramatic. The Maxton strip is 3 miles long

Definitely Not a stock Hayabusa. A stock Hayabusa would be obliterated by this car.

That car's numbers are impressive, but it is a frankenstein motor. It is a high-reving heavily modified motor. Most if not all of the other viper in this HP range (1200-2000hp) are similar, except for the SVS. It is a really weird car.
I could be wrong but I believe it did it on E85...

Very fast, but no where near a "production car"

I hate to tell you this, BUT YOU ARE SO WRONG. Maxton is ONLY 1.9 miles.
If you don't believe it, check out my video, running my Jag there.

Go to Google, type in my name:Chadbourn Bolles. At the next screen, select the video, then go to related videos and select the one that is 11 min long, you can ride along with me in my Jag.

Which by the way is faster in the standing mile, than the Murc is, and I only have around $28,000.00 in my Jag and 450 HP. I only went 166+ on that video, but have been 173 there.

You are correct at 1.9 . The ECTA site has that data
