the AMV* is the most beautiful modern car, imho, the proportions are perfect, muscular, handsome, and powerful looking. Fiske hasnt made ONE car i havent loved, including one of my favorites ever, the 993 P, and also, the Z8 for looks.

The Aston is a great looking car with fresh, clean lines while the 911 is the same as the old one ...just an update. That is what I do not like about P cars they have the same basic layout year after year. I know the fans will say it is tradition, but I think it is just lacking.

The Porsche as a daily drive is a great choice - almost unbreakable from my experience.

As to the interior layout being repeated ad infinitum, I guess you don't mess with such a successful formula - also Porsche are 'boxing clever' (if I can mix a metaphor!) by keeping all owners comfortable that their cars are not outdated after a few months...

The cars I'm looking forward to seeing is the XKR convertible, the DB9 Convertible and the GT Continental Convertible. I will have one of them and have deposits on all of them in anticipation.

Jokes at this time of the day! "Boxing clever" you missed your calling I saw the DB9 volante at the Birmingham motorshow this year and its stunning. I normally prefer the coupe over a convertible but in this case the soft top is a better looking car.

The DB9 Volante does look fabulous......with the top down. The top up photos which are hard to find, are a disappointment. It's not a bad convertible top, but it doesn't compliment the vehicle. Love it for the sunny days, hide it on the rainy ones!
