Default 580hp Audi RS6 Avant

The 2008 Audi RS6 Avant has 580hp from a twin turbo V10 motor producing 479 lb/ft of torque. Other nice touches include ceramic brakes, dynamic ride control, 6 speed tiptronic transmission, and of course the quattro AWD.

Who wants to go get groceries now?

I don't get it, the concept of putting all the speed and technology into something so homely looking is not very appealing. OK so it's fast, at least make it look like it, and to do that it has to have two seats.

If I was going to pick the 'ultimate' car to go across the country with my family, this would be it.... speed, luxury, style, comfort, and lots of room!

Would be pretty sweet to drive one across Germany and the Autobahn. I think this car makes more sense in Europe, I doubt it will sell as good here as it will there.

Right, completely useless in the states. If you have to speed, just endanger yourself or maybe one passenger, not your whole family. LOL

Agree with Raymondo, no point of puttin so much in a hatchback. Did they again play around with the G engine or its a brand new motor ?
