Default Too much information

Can I visit without everyone knowing about it? I think the currently active users page has too much information. I can see what section people are reading and if they are replying to a post. Why?

Can we have more privacy than this? I hope so!

On the older version of VBulletin you could change the settings under your profile so that you visit the forum in "invisible mode". Looks like the new version has had this removed. It might still be an option under the administrators area though.

I don't know the answer to this as I'm still learning myself, I'm sure Jay will be along with one though.

Why? Because that's the default behavior of the board and no one has said anything about it until now.

Sure. All you have to do is ask nicely. This is only the 2nd day of operation for the new software so to expect everything to be perfect is not realistic.

I changed the permissions so that user's no longer have access to the detailed who's on line page.

Jay,

he was asking nicely, he put the Q in Sites Q's instead of General....

But truley for only the 2nd day Up for such a complicated mess things seem to be gong Very Smoothly!!!

There's Delivery Specs & then there's the Fine Tuning to Dial It In!!!

Jay's right. I should have asked with a smile.

Thanks for a great site, Jay!

Mhh,

will you please be a moderator so you feel some of the heat when guys are bitching???

Personally I'm very happy...this could have been a nightmare!!!

We're picking out the few last bugs and user needs and requests and making the final adjustments that users are requesting. Believe me I was worried & stressing!!!

Jay is a little touchy right now. After working countless of hours moving us in our new home, he's a little tired and needs more sleep. Go to sleep now Jay you need it.
