Default People On This Board Seem To Be Very Down To Earth

I have only posted on this board one time but I have read the threads for the past 6 months. Most people on this board seem very down to earth with no attitude. I'm wondering why on F-chat the people seem so stuck up and snobby. F-cars aren't even as exclusive as L-cars but the people have a real ego trip going. What's the deal?

Lots of talk about F car and L car people. I don't think it makes any difference many cross over, I did...Same person, it's just that this board is smaller and not as much blabber as on F-chat, we like it that way.

I love F-chat and don't think the users are snobby. They are some of the best personalities on the web, once you get into the "family" (I guess I could call it), it is great. Although some of the users are a it harsh on newbies especially when they repost. L-talk is cool to, but sometimes it just gets a little slow with not enough posts.

But if you really want a mean group, try www.lambo-power.com some of the people (not all) are quite fanatical over there.

Thumbs down

I agreed, Lambo power is a site have sometimes a few "uncivilized" crowd. They get aggressive on you when you disagree with them. kind of felt like chating with teen gangster (Even the some people who are invloved with admistration are aggressive) It's by far the worse Lambo forum I have ever encountered! Will never go there again. People on this site are definitely nicer.

LAMBO-POWER.COM... is a very harsh and cruel site... even if u are a real owner... u get trashed by people . whom dont have a lambo...

( just my view..... on the way ur treated...)

but at least on this site u are respected..... or atleast ignored if the post is a repost.....

plus i have found this site to be very welcoming to people who own lambo's all over this globe.... that is amazing. .. and has helped me with the first full over hall ( in my life ) and LM002... that was a garage queen

in short.....i have benefited from this site amazingly... and I live in the middle east... SOOOO thats hard enough... lol

Wink Great to be here!

Hi again everyone. Yeah, I'm on several Froums and L-Talk is really down to earth with no major battles. I've gotten into a little barking match on Lambo Power with some guy who likes to brag a little too much for my taste and got jumped on from his folllowers. They'll get over it. FChat is OK, but for the best Ferrari forum, it doesn't seem to have enough posting action. I've included some group pics of my cars that I hope you will enjoy. Thanks, Michael

All I can say is WOW. That's got to be the finest collection I've seen. But you need a Diablo in there

I agree about the people here. It seems to me that there is a more "global" member participation here and I particularly like the tech info....

FChat is OK.. I came on very early with them and we had a tight group - we establish a rapport, but as time went on many of the originals left and now it has grown to the point where you have the usual problems of trolls, posers, etc. It seems to be a "water downed" version of what it use to be - but that's OK. I still participate there and mostly use it stay in touch with the local guys for events, etc. Guess it's the evolution of growth on the web.

LP - Has nothing constructive to contribute to the Lambo community. Bashing party for anyone who disagrees with them. Have not been there in months and will not go there anymore... Just not my style.

Michael - I agree with Raymond...You Need a Diablo.
Impressive collection. My self esteem just went down a notch..

I agree with FL-355 on the above....especially about LP....a lot of them don't know a key hole on their lambo from their other hole...LOL! I want to me a major contributor of the Lambo world once I understand these dang cars! Hopefully I won't go broke doing it.
