Default Moderators - why am I getting this PM ?

I'm not too happy to receive this as a Private Message, sent to me via this Forum. The "details" for this guy says he's "banned".

I might even have balls of Titanium, or even the more rare Unobtainium, but I still don't appreciate receiving this crap SPAM as a PM on a legitamate and reputable Forum.

Never had this happen before, any any forum that I subscribe to.

Jon

its just the marketing of a scam. A PM spam is what it is. like the 419 fraud schemes from Nigeria.

It was the Gumball and i don't know if he was first back at the finish line or not, he certainly ran up front for most of the rally so theres a very good chance he was first to Cannes.

That event has so many people claiming to have finished first its hard to know who's telling the truth. The organisers don't actually record a winner as that would classify the event as a race and not a rally.

Well the official Gumball video hasnt been released yet as its still undergoing final edit. i spoke to the Gumball HQ on Friday so thats from the horses mouth, so to speak. As i said there is no official winner, but there are other bigger names out there claiming to have won the same event:

"OSCAR winner ADRIEN BRODY is keeping the speedy details of his GUMBALL 3000 race win to himself - because he broke the law in many countries to claim victory.

The motor maniac raced a Porsche 900 through France, Spain and Morocco in the six-day road race and reveals he ignored speeding limits and good road sense to take the gold.

He says, "I would love to brag (about my speed), but I can't incriminate myself.

"I do have footage of me overtaking a Lamborghini Murcielago. I was shifting (lanes) and videotaping at the same time, because I didn't like the way my friend was holding the camera."
